Albatron is one of the so called “tier” motherboard producers. Until recent times it supplied mostly retail customers with the full variety of the desktop mainboards. But for now the things are about to change. It is really hard to compete with the giants like ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and ECS, because they can offer the similar solutions for even more attractive prices. And since they operate with the greater volumes, occupy most of the market share, become more popular among users, the small manufacturers have to find the new ways to live and develop their businesses. The Mini-ITX and embedded markets are one of the possible resorts. The compact desktop PCs fashion only just started and there is still a wide space for innovations left.
