The Benchmark results are showing clearly, that the performance of the Geode LX700 is not extremely high. Because there is only a simple 2D graphics integrated, we also did not expect high performance in 3D applications. Even a VIA Eden or C7 CPU can beat the Geode LX, but not in power consumption.
In the BIOS you can select a CPU frequency up to 500 MHz. Because there was a Geode LX700 with 433 MHz installed on our Mainboard, we have just choosen 500 MHz. The System runs stable. The increase by 15% was also mirrored in our benchmarks.
