Der ZEN XPC musste einige Benchmarks absolvieren um seine Leistung abschätzen zu können.
Um die Performance des ZEN im normalen und professionellen Office- sowie im Home Bereich zu ermitteln, verwendeten wir zum testen folgende Tools:
syntethische Benchmarks wie Sisoft Sandra 2004, PC Wizard 2004 und Madonion PC Mark 2002 welche durch routine Tests die Performance einzelner Komponenten oder des gesamten Systems ermitteln
professionelle 3D Benchmarks wie SPECViewPerf 7.1.1 und Cinebench 2003 zur Ermittlung der Open-GL Leistung von der Grafikkarte sowie zum ermitteln der Rendering Geschwindigkeit im professionellen 3D Anwendungsbereich
Videorendering und Soundencoding mit XMpeg 5.0.3 zum umwandeln von DVD Video Strömen in andere Formate und mit dbPowerAmp zum umwandeln von Audio CDs in das MP3 Format
Komprimierung von Dateien mit WinRAR und WinACE (ganze Windows XP Professional CD komprimiert)
Distributed Computing mit Seti@Home
Stabilitätstest mit Prime95 und CPU Stability Test
